A 30-member mission organized by the Central American Trade Office (CATO) arrived in Nicaragua for “Nicaragua, Let’s Grow Together!”, a business invitation seminar taking place during August 14-18 under the auspices of PRONicaragua, the Nicaraguan Investment Promotion Agency under presidential office. To ensure efficient networking and connections-building for the representatives of participating companies, the Taiwanese consulate staff had been eagerly collecting business information and held a welcoming dinner on August17. The dinner saw Yang Nan-hui, head of Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce in Nicaragua, along with the chamber’s directors and supervisors, distinguished Taiwanese businessmen, representatives of the American Chamber of Commerce, and the founder of Bühler, a renowned industrial group in Nicaragua, share investment-related experiences with members of the Taiwanese investment mission. The attendees discussed business opportunities in an extremely fruitful exchange of information.
