The Republic of China Was Honored With Best Pavilion Award in Nicaragua EXPOAPEN Fair

The 10th EXPOAPEN Fair 2010, held by the National Exporters Association of Nicaragua (APEN), took place on September 24-25, 2010, for two days at the International Conference Centre of the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Managua, capital of Nicaragua. There were more than 220 exhibitors, domestic and international, participating in the event. The Republic of China Pavilion, with the theme "Taiwan Number One Label", participated in the Fair with two subjects: business services, and technical assistance in agriculture and animal husbandry, facilitated by the Embassy’s Economic Counselor Office and Technical Mission Office, respectively. Because of the novel design, and clear representation, supported by friendly service, while meeting the actual needs of manufacturers, the pavilion earned praises from participating visitors and the judges of the Fair, winning second place. Winning helped to fully explore business opportunities and achieved the effect of enhancing the national image.
