Taiwan’s annual trade show in Guatemala to take place in September

In an attempt to improve the trade ties between Taiwan and Guatemala, help Taiwan-based companies explore the Guatemalan and Central American markets, and bolster brand awareness as well as market share for Taiwanese products in Guatemala, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will hold a trade show this year through TAITRA (Taiwan External Trade Development Council) in Parque de la Industria, Guatemala COPEREX Salon No.8, Guatemala City. Participated by more Taiwanese companies than ever, the 2010 R.O.C. Trade Show in Guatemala will take place September 8-11 with an opening ceremony due to start at 17:00, September 7. Hosted by Taiwan’s ambassador to Guatemala Adolfo Sun, the opening ceremony will feature a ribbon cutting ceremony as well as a party to mark the establishment of Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce in Guatemala. Several Guatemalan business leaders will appear at the party.
