2017 Taipei Tourism Expo “Central American Pavilion”

The 2017 Taipei Tourism Expo will be held in the Exhibition Hall 1 of the Taipei World Trade Center on May 5 through May 8. The Central America Trade Office (CATO) and the embassies of Central America are once again participating in the largest travel exhibition event of the summer. In this event, popular travel routes that include a series of exciting tourist attractions will be offered to visitors for fun and fresh new experiences of Central America. 

This year, travel representatives of every nation of Central America, and tour operators from Taiwan, are invited to set up booths in the Central American Pavilion, and to make recommendations on their most popular sights to visit. Travel information pamphlets of the seven Central American countries are available free upon request at each booth, as well as information on best-priced group/individual tours. The regular daily activities will be held in the stage area of the pavilion with travel talks, Central America travel information Q&A, and Facebook sharing with gift-giveaways. The Taiwan public who are interested in experiencing the unique hospitality of Central America are welcome to visit, find your itinerary, and have fun!
