2016 Taipei International Book Exhibition ~ Central America Pavilion
2016-01-12
Combining stunning Maya civilization monuments and natural forest views and blue Caribbean scenery without the destruction of modern civilization, Central America and the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean have long been a mystery yet challenging region for travel explorers. General tourists also cannot wait to lift open her charming veil! This is the place where ancient civilization intertwines with the modern world. Through today’s convenient air transportation and visa-free concessions for diplomatic allies, Taiwan’s travelers are granted with easy access to Central America, glimpsing at the paradise full of ancient Maya culture and getting away from hubbub.
To share Central America’s wonderful culture with the people of Taiwan, this year, Central America Trade Office once again participates in the “2016 Taipei International Book Exhibition” where hardcover travel books from six Central American countries (Belize/El Salvador/Guatemala/Honduras/Nicaragua/Panama) and rare original Central American literary series will be displayed. Everyone is welcomed to visit the booth of Central America to enjoy different reading experiences.
In addition, during the exhibition period, as long as you share the posts from the Central America Trade Office’s Facebook fan page “2016 Taipei International Book Exhibition ~ Central America Pavilion,” you will be given special souvenir with Central American characteristics. If you upload a photo of you and your favorite Central American book, you will have a chance to win Central American coffee.
